辛苦等到深夜两点，把所有资料铺在床上，开始拨电话。面试官是Carrie，整个面试问了很多问题，感觉不出她的态度，基本上你回答的时候一点反馈都没有，只在结束了说一下OK Or Good.还是挺不适应这样的面试风格。一开始特别紧张，说话都说不好了，sigh。下面列一下问的题目，因为这家的面经比较少，给后来面的同学做个参考吧。
1. why MBA and Why now---回答的不好，牙齿还在打架，今天上海真冷，面试官更冷。。。
2. Why Foster, exception the location at Seattle you just mentioned?
3.What company you want to join after you graduate from Foster?
4. Why you think XX company will hire you or what your advantage?
5. How will you prepare during MBA program to achieve your goal?
6. What is your plan B if you could not jion XX company?
7. What kind of role you play within your team?
8. What is the beggiest challenge in team experience?
9. What is your definition of Professionism? 不常见的问题来了
10. What is the typical day in MBA program?
11. How you could ensure your success when you graduate from MBA program? 是不是我太弱了，人家总是不相信我呢?
12. Any question to me? 我问了她家为什么国际学生只有18%，有没有TA/RA之类的。。。
一开始说在30分钟左右，结果整整面了50分钟，总体感觉真的没有太多互动。就是一问一答。整个面试是我这么多年来感觉最糟糕的一次，她说1月16日出结果，只能听天由命了。周五还有一场电话面试，希望能遇到一个nice的面试官。
今天看来又要失眠了。。。。

Applicants with a plan for the future and a good grasp of what is expected of them as MBA students are the most likely to succeed as MBA graduates. We know plans change and that people often pursue an MBA to create new career options. That said, we ask that you give us a clear statement of your current career plans. Your essay should answer all the following questions: What do you expect to do immediately after completing the MBA program?
