Video: 就像学长学姐说的，2 video answers+1 written response，題目找找以前的帖都有，我的好像是：

1. Career goal.
2. Most influential people.
3. Follow up email to hiring manager.

Interview 只有 15 分钟，不会让你问问题，我遇到一位教 AI 的 prof (也有可能是 alumni or MDAL)，面试问题如下：

1. Career aspiration.
2. Why Rotman? Why MMA?
3. Programming experience? (我举 matlab 和 python 各一)
4. More questions on programming project details.
5. How would you catch up your programming skills? (因为我的背景很 business)

这个 prof 人超好，全程笑笑地看我讲，每问下一题之前都会点评一下我刚刚的回答，最后他只说了: I believe you are excellent on the business side of this program, and for the technical part, I can see your effort catching up. You're doing great.

面试完我一样寄了 thank you email (超级重要)，面试官有回: I hope to see you in the program next year. 我就知道 offer 稳了。
