准备面试时在 Chase Dream 上看了几篇 UBC 面试文章，现在回馈下论坛。

过程

疫情原因 GMAT 一直没考，2 月开始准备材料 3 月提交。反复邮件沟通后同意审核已提交材料，5 月底收到通知开始审核，隔两天收到面试邀请。6 月 12 号面试，19 号收到录取通知，后续 11 月前还需补 GMAT 成绩。

面试 (Sanjar)

凌晨 4 点，准时 Skype 联系。面试前查他的简历，貌似是 Alberta 毕业的，做类似人事外包服务，在 UBC 属于雇佣的第三方面试官。

Questions asked:

1. Why do you see Sauder is the fit?
2. Short term/long term goal.
3. What can you bring to the cohort community?(in program and post program)
4. How did you deal with colleges with different ideas?
5. Stressful experience caused by conflict.
6. Quality of leadership.
7. Any other school applied?

整个过程 27 分钟，比较和谐，没有多余面试外的表达，Pretty straight forward.
