赶上 06.30 的 extended deadline,不巧教授休假，等了很久才交齐材料，这两天在家等结果很心慌，想全面的写一写面试心得，诚意分享，攒攒人品。

Interview：时长 37 分钟。

基于 resume 的提问：

1. 我 quick introduce 提到的目前在工作的公司是做什么的，我在公司里主要负责什么？
2. 我现在住在哪里，family 的情况。
3. 在 UBC 想加入什么社团？
4. 业余还有什么爱好？

接着开始关于 career 的询问：（建议大家捋清 career 的思路，表达出大事件之间的因果关系）

1. Short term & long term career goal.
2. 为 industry 带来什么 social impact?
3. 为什么想做 business analyst?
4. 为什么想做 xx industry,对以后的 career path 有什么帮助？

然后是关于 program 的询问：

1. Why MBAN?
2. Why UBC/Sauder?
3. Contribution to the cohorts during program and after graduation.

最后是一些大家都提到的 behavioral 的问题：

1. Conflict with team member/co-worker/manager.（建议大家准备两个不同情景和对象的例子）
2. Misconception.
3. Leadership qualities/leadership example/which quality would you like to improve.
4. 有没有想补充的？

最后他说会把 notes 给 admission team,他们来进行全面审核，2-3 周时间出结果。
