面官一个 corporate finance 和一个 financial markets 的老师，问题如下：

1. 常规：Why HEC Paris, Why IF, Career Goal?
2. Why Paris if you want to work in HK?
3. 不停强调如果人在巴黎的话，在 HK 找工作的话很难。需要 travelling,可能会影响 finals,要不要考虑伦敦？
4. （因为我 M&A 实习、并且 career goal 也有说）What do you think of the M&A businesses in Asia?
5. （因为我 CV 上写了 comparable valuation）Why do you choose these multiples for the company?
6. Do you consider leverage impacts into the multiples? Different capital structure 会怎么影响 multiple?
