北京时间早上九点面试，不知道什么原因中介可能是没把我的Skype帐号给面试官，等了快一刻钟我才要来了面试官的名字，然后加了他的Skype帐号。只好强行解释是网络出了问题：（

面试内容全是behavioral的问题，准备的有关数据的都没问到，可能是因为我在申请过程中详细描述了一个编程经历，面试的时候就不问了。 整个面试时间20分钟左右，问题不是按顺序的。记得的问题如下：

1. Why MBAN;
2. Why Sauder;
3. Stressful, overwhelmed experience;
4. Qualities for good leader;
5. Addition/ contribution to coherts(in the program and after graduation);
6. Career goal,interested company/industry;
7. Whether stay and work in canada;
8. Situation that you have different ideas with the members in the group;
9. Experience of misconception.

结尾的时候没有让我向他提问题，有点奇怪。中途还扯了点温哥华今天下雨，北京今天下雪blalbla，然后如果不理解问题，面试官也给paraphrase了，人挺nice的。

感觉CD上面的面经问题很全面，放一个我自己总结的问题攒人品，希望可以录：

5. 你喜欢哪种communication style（我在度娘查到四种，其他三种什么aggressive， passive什么的都不好，assertive communication比较好，仅供参考）

9. prons & cons as a leader(注意一下问的是你作为leader时候的，还是leader本身的)

technical

1. assume you're given the most recent 5 years data on park attendance, but the data is not uniformed, how would you predict for the park's attendance rate for 2019
