我是12月3日SKYPE面试的，对方是二年级的一位小美女，所以氛围还蛮轻松的。

面试总共时间25分钟，问题问得比较多，但都是基本的，好好准备就不会有问题，个人觉得要多准备些例子，特别是关于leadership, conflict, teamwork。

具体问题：

5. What challenges expected after arriving in the US and starting the program
6. What is your management style?
7. How would your friends say about you?
8. What skills can you bring to our school?
9. Two things that you want your team member to know first?
10. An example that you work under pressure then the big deadline is coming up?
11. Fisher is very diverse school, how are you planning on dealing with those
