处女面就这么悲剧了.......

约的是北京时间晚上10:00，等了老半天都没反应，刷了下邮箱，果然有邮件，说电话打不通问能不能换个号码。
折腾了半天，10:30接到电话，面了半小时吧，上面经~

热身题：other school you applied，进入正题：

1. why macc (其实不是这么问的，但就这意思吧，主要还是要跟career goal有关系)
2. why fisher(还是要有助于实现career goal）
3. leadership
   if you are the leader, what will you do to keep your team member involved and motivated?
   what are the steps?
4. tell me a goal you reached that you thought was helpless and impossible(貌似表达有问题，将就一下....）
5. ideal relationship between the manager and the people report to him/her.
6. cross-cultural experience，从中学到什么之类的.....
7. 你在networking 方面怎么做的，今后打算怎么做？
8. 假设题 example：break the corporate rule is the right thing to do.
9. hobby（这个比较personal啦，我觉得她纯属好奇而已.....）

其实过去面经基本都有吧。。。。有些没准备到，所以比较囧.......
