刚面完，睡前把经验写写。

Committee 的 5 个教授轮流提问。表情很严肃，整体气氛还算轻松。

1. Self introduction.
2. Interested topic.
3. Research methods.

CV questions:

1. What's your role in the research project? take an example.
2. What about your ability to build question?（这个学校很重视自己找 idea 的能力）
3. Apart from the two in your past projects, are you interested in other industries?
4. Describe the biggest challenge you face in past researches and how you deal with it: My research model received unfavorable comments from my professors.
5. Favorite subject? 找了个供应链模型。
6. Method preference: analytical or empirical.

My question:

1. Schedule of admission: late March.
2. What do your School expect from a PhD student, in terms of characteristics, skills and etc?

教授回答：

• Motivation in research
• Well prepared
• English writing and speaking
• Own idea and passion（非常重视 own research idea）
• Can you teach

几个教授都很沉稳，从他们的脸上很难看出来对我的评价是怎样的。

个人心得就是：

1. 要准备好 cv 里每个项目的介绍。
2. 自己感兴趣的 topic 和 idea.
3. 多说细节，让对方相信你真的很感兴趣。
