感谢 CD 上大家的面经，我也来发个小帖子， 无论最后结果怎样（当然还是希望可以有真人面试机会的），先把遇到的题还有总结的别人的帖子列一下：
11.09 晚上赶着 0 点之前提交的，由于先前邮件在垃圾箱没有注意到，11.09 下午才看到（11.08 早上就发的邮件，通知 10 号之前提交 video assessment，不确定是否包含 10 号，就紧赶慢赶 9 号晚上赶紧提交了）。大家一定要勤刷自己的邮箱垃圾箱！
还有一个小插曲，楼主本身要上班。晚上下班看了一个多小时 CD 上的面经，想十点多准备差不多了点开邮件链接开始测试。没想到网络太不给力，无线、热点、父母还有自己的手机，基本上能试的方法都试了，就是进不去 NTU 的测试界面（这给人急的）。后来异地的男友可以登上了，有什么用呀!!我也用不了。后来紧急学了学怎么进去，赶在 23:30 终于登进去 NTU 界面了。所以，大家不要学我卡着 DDL，提前点进去试试网络怎么样。不要像我，捣鼓网络捣鼓了快两个小时，最后准备的内容也有点逻辑混乱。
页面输入完账号密码后，进去是一个流程图。可以先开始测试自己的网络、摄像头等（可以多次测试），然后又模拟口语测试，但问题都局限于你喜欢吃什么、你像什么小动物。这种比较基础的简单问题，我觉得这里的问题是肯定不会跟正式测试时的问题重合的（也可以多次测试）。大家只要测试自己有那个表达的感觉应该就 OK 了， 点击正式测试，就可以开始啦！不用担心听不懂，视频上方有文字版的问题。
其实问题都大同小异，都是差不多跟经历、职业相关的问题： 问题分两大部分，两道口语（45 秒准备时间，2 分钟答题），一道写作（5 分钟答题，时间很紧！不要犹豫，咔咔就是写就好。有一点好的是发现网站有检查拼写功能，像我这种经常手误的人可以注意到有没有拼写错误。但是不能复制粘贴！！！当时想用快捷键复制粘贴，结果不仅没粘成，还浪费了好多秒）。
我遇见的问题就是：
口语：
- Difficult task at school or work, how do you feel and what did you do?
- 如何 align your team to do the project?
写作： What is the most important skill you hope to develop in a Master’s program at Nanyang Technological University? Why this skill in particular?
其实可以把口语题目也当做写作来大概准备准备，像这次遇见的写作题目，就是准备口语时看到的。
总结了一下在 CD 上看到的题目：
口语：
- Difficult task at school or work, how do you feel and what did you do.
- Talk about a time when you step up and take a heavier responsibility in a team. What did you do and what's the outcome?
- Please tell me about a time when you received a grade on a project or an essay that you felt was lower than you deserved. How did this make you feel and what did you do?
- Please tell me about a time when you were put outside of your comfort zone at school or work. How did this make you feel and what did you do?
- What is the most important skill you hope to develop in a Master’s program at Nanyang Technological University? Why this skill in particular?
- 你如何适应 a big change?
- How program fit your 5-10 years goal/来这里最重要的目标。
- NTU 项目和别的项目的不同点 compared to similar programs.
- 没有完成任务的经历/学术上的目标和计划不一样时。
- 一次没有赶在 ddl 之前完成一个重要 project 的经历，有什么感受，做了什么？How did you feel?What did you do?
- Talk about an experience that you receive a negative critical feedback on your project. how you feel and what you do?
- 这个项目能为你的 career 带来什么？
- The skills you want to learn from this program, What skills? Why this particular skill?
写作：
- Why Singapore and Why NTU?
- 描述一次你如何让没有动力或没有兴趣的人去做一件事，你做了什么去 align your team to do the project?
- 描述一个 experience，在小组合作中有 diverse personality，你如何 align?
- 在完成一个 important project 的过程中，队员们不能 collaborate well，你做了什么让大家重新协作完成 goal 的经历？
- 你参加一个 cross-functional 的 project，你的队友们有不能 aligned 的 trouble，你会怎么做来实现团队一致目标？
- Talk about an experience that you lead a demanding project, how you alligned your teammates towards the objective or goal? what is the outcome?
