回馈攒人品（求录取）。
拖到两周最后一天录，幸好没出什么问题。下面是面经，依旧是 4 道题。
- 口语（准备 30s,回答 60s）你希望在 NEU 有什么 challenge 和机会，为什么选择 NEU?
- 口语（45s,90s）你之前被 professor critical challenge 了或者批评的经历，之后怎么做的，结果怎么样？当你做一件事情没有方向的时候，你会怎么办。分享你的经历，结果怎么样。（因为刷新了一下换了一道题出来）
- 写作（10 min）描述你的 decision 被 group members 反对的经历，之后是怎么做的，结果怎么样？
- 口语（30s,60s）你在学习和工作之余最喜欢的事情。（有点像爱好啥的）
楼主 90s 那道，时间没用完。差不多 60s 讲完就提交了，尴尬。感觉 90s 的都是要分享具体经历，或者解决问题类的题目。大家好好准备。 平台测试麦克风的时候比较慢，耐心等一会儿。（大概几分钟的样子）
最后附一下自己整理的历年面经，感觉题库也没怎么变。祝大家好运。
口语
- Tell me about time when you faced an unexpected change or challenge. What is your solution？
- 在学习工作之外，自己最喜欢做的事情，另外如何保持住这种 excitement？
- 你为进入东北大学商学院学习做了哪些准备，你希望在毕业的时候掌握什么样的技能& challenge，why NEU（why fit you），为什么要在众多申请者中选你等等？
- Tell me a time when you decision 被 professor 反对了怎么做的，结果如何？
- Outside school and work, 你怎样为 community 做贡献，就分享一段志愿者经历之类的。
- Tell me a time you need to learn something new in order to complete a task. How did you handle this and what is the result?
- Please tell me about a book you read recently that changed your perspective in some way. Why did it impact you the way it did?
- 除了简历上的东西你想分享的。
- If you have unlimited time, what would you devote yourself to, other than work and school?
- Lease give me an example of a time when you needed to adjust your learning or working style in order to achieve an objective. How did you approach and manage this adjustment, and what was the end result？
- 遇到新东西和新事物的时候你是怎么去适应的？
- 如何面对 overwhelming stress?
- 你更喜欢 iphone 还是安卓 smartphones?（只在平台的 practice 里面有，历年面经好像没有）
- Tell me about your dream vacation? （只在平台的 practice 里面有，历年面经没有）
- 如果你有 superpower 你会干什么？（只在平台的 practice 里面有，历年面经没有）
- Your favorite movie（只在平台的 practice 里面有，历年面经没有）
- Tell me about your favorite home cooked meal. （只在平台的 practice 里面有，历年面经没有）
- What part of your day do you enjoy the most? Why is this? （只在平台的 practice 里面有，历年面经没有）
写作
- Please tell us about a time when you were working in a group setting and the designated leader was not being an effective mentor or a coach according to your standards. How did you personally help solve the problem? What was your solution?
- 在一次小组工作中，一个成员不同意另一个成员的观点（或团队中出现矛盾），你是怎么解决这个问题的，最后的结果是什么？
- 一个 group 里面每个成员有不同的性格、外貌、想法，你是怎么解决的？
- 描述一个在完成小组任务中任务分配不均的经历，然后如何解决的，结果是什么？
- Teamwork 有两个组员没有像其他人一样 contributive，怎么处理？
- In the work setting, what kind of ethical dilemma did you come across, what contribution did you personally make? and what was the solution?
- 在团队里，你犯过什么错误，怎么处理的？
- Tell us about your favorite childhood memory. （只在平台的 practice 里面有，历年面经好像没有）
- 生活中谁 inspire 你最多？(只在平台的 practice 里面有，历年面经没有）
- 你会对 12 岁的自己说什么？(只在平台的practice里面有，历年面经没有)
注：写作和口语的话题感觉有时候是互通的，所以口语有时候是写作，写作有时候是口语。基本题库没怎么变，和以前差不多。
遇到不会的题，或者突然想不起来可以后退或者刷新或者断网……（是比较投机取巧的办法，一般还是建议好好准备叭）祝大家一切顺利！
