UCSD Rady MBA面经一碗 [2012-01-07]

Talk with KateKate好像是录取委员会的一个成员，如果表现的好，好像应该有加分。

问题套路不常规：

1. what is your personal advantage  and disadvantage in terms of your current job
2. what is your supervisor's advantage and disadvantage
3. what makes you very proud of ?
4. Tell me about a successful teamwork experience and a failure experience
5. What made you depressed? When and for what?
6. Share with me about some your leadership examples
7. Will you go back to the same industry or company you are working for?
8. How you choose the business school?
9. Did you apply for other schools? or get admitted？
10. Any questions to me?

面了整一个小时，今天舌头打卷了见鬼了，可能起来的太早了。Rady挺重innovative和创业的，说有50%的国际学生毕业后回到自己的祖国创业去了。

有大概一半的国际学生留在美国工作了。好像说所有的学生都拿到intenship了。

UCSD的研究生院好像要求GPA大于3.0，但如果 Rady觉的你还值得要，会给你申请豁免如果GPA低于 3.0的话，不过需要申请人写一篇optional essay解释。

好像出结果还得几个星期，因为批准流程是 Rady 的录取委员会先批准，然后交去USCD大学研究生院再批准。返回来再发admission，所以比较花时间。
