Rochester Simon MBA Interview

刚刚与Simon的Alum做完Skye Interview，还处于紧张与兴奋之中。面试约的是New York time 3:15PM, 所以半夜两点就爬起来了，都是很normal 的问题。

1. Go through your resume.
2. why you choose you universtiy and major.
3. Detailed questions about you resume.
4. Questions about a gap in my employement history.
5. Cross culture experience, interntional experience,
6. You leadership experience, leadership style.
7. Ethical delimma.
8. Q&A.

面我的是个40多岁的alumni, 他说是第一次用skype，结果刚开始还出了点小故障，他看不见我，还叫来技术人员帮他弄。很友善， 每回答完一个问题就说“good",估计也只是在敷衍我啦。从4:15面到4:50，就让我问了两个问题就说他"have to go "了。
