Schulich MBA Kira & 真人面经 with Cecilia [2020.07.22]

Schulich 的 Video Essay 我看着 CD 上的题目准备了很久， 但是最后一题都没用上，遇见的题全是 career related 还特别难，都是挖坑题。值得一提的是所有题好像都可以以视频或 written 的形式出现。

练习环节出现的题目：

1. Describe your dream vacation.
2. Tell me about a book you read recently, what did you learn from it?
3. Tell me about one of your hobbies.
4. Will working with people similar to you increase or decrease your chance of success?

实际题目：

1. Describe a time you had to deal with a complex project, how did you ensure everyone's voices were heard?
2. Describe a time you blamed someone for something they didn't do, how did you resolve the situation?
3. Describe a time you took a risk and failed. what did you learn from it?

Cecilia 的真人面试题：

1. What other programs did you apply to, and how is the York MBA different from them?
2. How has the COVID situation affected your industry?
3. How will you contribute to group work?
4. What would you do if a colleague is not pulling their weight?
5. What makes a great leader, and how does that fit into who you are?
6. An example when you had differing opinions from your supervisor.
7. What is something I would not guess about you based on your application?
