面试官：Caroline

风格：面瘫哈哈哈，感觉面了很多人很疲惫。 后来不知道是不是我说太多了她可能有点点不耐烦？也有可能是我的错觉~

时长：37min

Tip：just be confident and think about examples about your past experiences that can show your abilities. Please refer to the attachment for further information.

被问到的问题，下面全部都有，大家随意取用吧~我把相似的一些问题放在一起了，只要准备完下面这个文档应该没什么问题。

2018-1-5:

1. Introduce yourself.

2017-2-24：

1. Why MBA，Why Degroote，Post MBA plans?
2. A problem you had in work or study, how did you solve it?
3. 有没有teamwork不顺利的情况，如何解决的？
4. 工作中或者学习中有没有和别人有conflict，你是如何做的？
5. 有没有跟同事共事时遇到困难，怎么解决的？
6. You're a week away from the project deadline and you found that one person in the group is not doing anything... what would you do?
7. 场景题：你在找coop工作的过程中，一直没有收到任何公司的面试邀请，你准备怎么做？
8. Tell about your biggest professional accomplishment.
9. Why do you want to come to Canada?

2017-1-6：

1. 讲一下自己有什么经历，长处，为什么申请MBA，为什么DeGroote?
2. Mistake made and lesson learned.
3. What can you bring to MBA?
4. Teamwork experience.

2015-2-6：

1. Why MBA, what do you think our MBA can help you reach your goal?
2. 加上activity一共给了3个scenario，其中
   -scenario 1: 你应聘了RBC和TD，你最想去的是RBC，但TD给你offer的时候RBC还没有消息，你想了很久决定还是接受了TD，但两天后RBC突然给你offer，你会怎么做。
   -Scenario 2: 你之前的应聘面试都不太好，还有几个位置剩下，你打算如何改善自己，让自己在面试中如何表现？
3. Last Q: any question?
   我当时问了什么时候有结果，她说三周这样。结果第二天就给我发AD了.....
4. Use three words that your colleague would use to describe you.
5. What challenge do you think you will have?
6. When working with strangers, how to motivate them?
