lz背景很一般，没有T，一战G600-，R1申请并交了其他材料，回复说要G上600才给考虑。

苦逼拼命了2个月，二战G到了650+，终于给了个面试。中间有机会与Tom通过电话和email沟通，否则估计面试机会都没。

面试非常“高效”，只好用这个词安慰自己了，15min不到
