头一回在深更半夜面试，吃过晚饭先睡了一觉，11点前醒了就再也睡不着了，于是起来晃了晃，然后洗了个澡，换上全身行头，等1:45的面试开始。
面试官在1:40过后才上线，搞得我一度以为我弄错时间了-_-!! 上来她自己先自我介绍了一下，然后才开始面我：

3.2 what if you are not admitted to any MBA
4. Why Tuck
5. Teamwork example (when team goal is not my personal goal)
6.1 Suppose you are 1st year student in Tuck now, how will your classmates and study group members describe your Leadership style and improvement area
6.2 Have someone given feedback on your improvement area before?
6.3 What actions did you take to improve it?
7.1 Failure experience
7.2 What did you learn
8. Contribution to Tuck
9. Tell me something not on your resume
10. Anything you want me to know
我答得不好，对方的声音有时断断续续，但主要还是觉得自己的表现不够好。有的时候自己也不知道自己在说什么。对方虽然经常会做些笔记，但是常常会出现意兴阑珊的样子，比如看看指甲看看天花板什么的，汗-_-!

Patpat. 我觉得“Suppose you are 1st year student in Tuck now, how will your classmates and study group members describe your Leadership style and improvement area”这是一个最难得问题。你一定要说improvement area，然后追问以前你采取了什么行动去改进，这有一个矛盾，就是你改进了，为什么这将来还会是improvement area，要是没改进，就是知道有问题不去改进，改进不成功，也可能说明克服缺点的能力有限。哎。
我怎么记得我的面试官问的是“three words your study group members will describe you？”，没有问leadership style and improvement area。
嗯，我也没有improvement，好像就问的你如何teamwork的。。。不过我也答的不知所云。。。

事实上是按两个问题来问的。因为她说最后我要问你两个问题，就是这两个。
那你面了很久吧？这10个问题每个随便说说都得要40分钟啊！
也没有很久，去掉我问她问题和她自我介绍，不超过30分钟吧。我还漏写了几个问题，比如team conflict，想不起来了。
你的interviewer回你信了么？我写了感谢信，他也没回我。。。
这倒是回了。我是第二天晚上写的，也就是发过去她就能看见，或者至少也是显示在收件箱里最上面的位置，比较容易引起注意吧。如果白天写的，如果对方信多的话可能就淹没了。
