2. long term and short term goals
3. Why Tepper (这个地方多讲一下Tepper experiences....我讲的是Tepper MBA和我职业发展的契合度）
4. Role in the team
5. What do your team members describe you as a leader?
6. Things you do in your sparetime
7. Strengths in application

Tip: 个人觉得可以讲讲一些新奇的事情，比如在things you do in your sparetime的时候.... I told her about my weird hobby..and she had a good laugh
