I ever met the same problem as you did before. But I tracked the issue a month after I submited all required documents. My problem is that I failed to request my transcripts from the university in which I studied as the transient student (They require official transcripts from all institutes you attended). And my application began in review until early Dec. Now I get the tel interview and it is next tues( However, I am still qualified for assistanceship priority for I completed at application website by Nov 7th). I think you should check your document in my.osu.edu and found out which one that is incomplete. If you can not find it, I suggest you to take a phone call to graduate admission office of OSU( Not macc department). Hope it may help you

请问下lz的my.osu.edu系统和applyyourself系统里的状态非别是什么的？
我提交快3个月了，my.osu.edu里面还是incomplete，但是applyyourself里面是11.3completed  目前没有任何信儿
