Columbia (CBS) MBA第二次面试面经 [2011-11-30]

昨天接到了CBS的一封邮件，说是对我的application里有些问题还想double check，于是约在刚才打了电话。是一个adcom打的，自称如果admission committee对申请材料有些疑问的话，会让一个之前没审核过我材料的人看材料然后再跟我联系，大致问的问题都跟申请有关，而没有那些行为面试的问题：
- Why did you give up a promotion in China and choose to transfer to Australia?
- To achieve your long term goal, why do you think you can’t start right away as a consultant?
- If you want to join an investment banks after graduation, where do you focus, in terms of both location and companies?
- Any backup plan if you can’t join IB?
- How long do you want to work in IB before you want to set up your own consulting firm?
- What kind of resources do you want to use at CBS to help you reach your goal?
- You don’t have any related experience in finance, how do you think you can find a position in investment banks?
- Any questions for me?
大概谈了15分钟，然后说会向admission committee汇报这次谈话的内容，之后做决定。看来还得再继续等几天了，呵呵

我想问一下，比如让你描述 leadership experience这种问题，你一般详细到什么程度。大概花多长时间呢？我担心面试的时候把面试官讲得不耐烦了
