最近一年多在澳洲工作，同时也在申请，昨天(2011.11.06 Sun)在悉尼面了CBS的一位校友，希望能够对大家有帮助
那位校友是个美国老帅哥，纽约人，刚来澳洲一年多，很健谈，聊了70分钟，以下是主要的问题：
1. Why MBA? (他说已经看过我简历了，所以就没让我做self introduction, 后来也没问why CBS，不过我借这个机会先把career goal 先说了)
2. How do you know about the MBA program from Columbia? Through formal or informal channel?
3. Anything unexpected during your campus visit?
4. What is your criteria for b-school selection? (但是没问申了哪几所学校)
5. What is your backup plan if not admitted for this year?
6. Tell me about a project that you’re most proud of (在下是做consulting的，因此工作主要是项目制)
7. Since you’re been in consulting for relatively long time, what does it attract you?
8. Many people think that consulting only provides suggestion, but doesn’t get involved into the execution, so its function is limited, do you agree with that?
9. Why the experience in US market is useful to deal with the Chinese clients? How do you deal with them?
10. Several follow-up questions about my work
11. why did you choose your major? then why did you choose this firm?
12. Ethical dilemma
13. What is your contribution to CBS?
另外，那个ethical dilemma是个很重要的问题，似乎学校要求问这个，虽然那个校友自己也说，这题挺难为人的
主要就是这些了，他的人超nice，让我对学校印象也很好。祝各位和自己都有好运吧:-)

大概谈了15分钟，然后说会向admission committee汇报这次谈话的内容，之后做决定。看来还得再继续等几天了，呵呵

我想问一下，比如让你描述 leadership experience这种问题，你一般详细到什么程度。大概花多长时间呢？我担心面试的时候把面试官讲得不耐烦了
