constructive criticism和constructive feedback差别是什么?

Criticism is where you say something somewhat negative. Constructive feedback is somewhat positive, or at least proactive. Productive. So constructive criticism might be, “Sometimes, you speak to people too informally.” Constructive feedback is, “When you talk to people, you should try to speak more formally.” So the LOR wouldn’t be too different—but this is the difference between the two words, from an English perspective.
