面试官非常了解我的Profile，问题很少，但是都explore了很多detail 细节，所以时间很久。

我回答问题采用 CAR 策略：
Challenges I faced,  描述困难
Actions I took, 描述自己采取的行动, 创造性思考, 团队合作，领导力体现
Result I got. 结果体现，成就，用数字说话

需要精心准备，非常多细节问题，涉及到的人名职位，数字，具体细节信息。
