周一做的校友Interview，简述供大家参考。
老外，人很客气，约在咖啡馆，比较静，不影响面试
上来先简单聊聊天，住的远近，哪里人，我也问了对方的一些基本情况。
等咖啡上来后，就进入正题。

• go through resume
• why mba
• why columbia
• long/short career goal
• international diversity example
• why current job
• activities in university
• what i want to do for the school after graduation of columbia
• any other school apply

然后还有很多非典型性的问题follow up或闲聊，问我去过哪些国家，从国际友人身上learn anything unexpected，我所在和未来要做的行业的insight，也给我一些他的理解和认识，美国的实践。

再之后，给了我很长的时间问问题。

总共花了1.5小时。
对方不是那种特别情绪外显型的，所以也无从明显判断对方的感受。
面试，最关键就是多准备，写，背，mock，强化口语。
