在金融街威斯汀酒店26楼，面试官Amanda，一如既往地Nice, 因为昨晚参加roundtable discussion见过所以简单寒暄了几句就进入正题。

1. Introduce yourself
2. How did you select undergraduate school, followed by my experience as company's ambassador back to school for recruiting, and the alumni team I organized in my company, how to maintain its running if I go for MBA.
3. Any people you manage? How do you mentor the new staff joining your team.
4. Have you met someone who's difficult to manage? How do you solve that problem?
5. How did you switch from technical position to strategy
6. Now that you've been in a core team of the company, why do you need to pursue MBA?
7. Given your long-term goal is XXX, why do you choose XXX as your short-term goal?
8. Will you feel nervous to relocate to NYC? Will you be exciting?
9. What's the top3 preferable cities for working after graduation? If the No.1 city has no such a job as you wished to focus on, will you change your focus or turn to No.2 city?
10. If you cannot land a job as expected in short-term goal, what's your alternative position?
11. What's your criteria when selecting B-schools?
12. Any questions for me?

没有问到Why now, ethical problem, leadership, teamwork，challenging experience, failure，完全untypical...

最后Amanda说大概两周能有结果，看来如果运气好的话就得赶紧筹备$6000了。

BTW: 她今天一共要面8个人，估计上周日在上海也是这个数，给大家个参考。

大概就这么多吧，一共40分钟左右，过程很轻松，完全的聊天形式，所以很多问题也没有清晰的界限，很多都是基于个人背景、故事的追问。面试的开头和结束的时候各幽默了一下，前面那个是准备好的，后面那个是根据当时的场景即兴发挥的，Amanda还夸赞了一下。

感觉应对这种形式的面试，准备的时候不能按照typical question逐个去背，但要在脑子里把自己的目标、职业发展、兴趣想清楚，而且要有多角度的答案。
