2. Why MBA
3. My motivation in community services ( he noticed i have many community services activities). I talked about a trip to rural indian village and was asppired by the poor family....
4. Caree Goal

He didnt even ask why wharton but through conversation i have shared several examples i interacted with wharton current students/alumni. i shared the similar wharton community culture i observed: humble/confident....( maybe he felt i hv done many actions to know abt the schools)

Overall:

Do talk ur career goals before why MBA

in walking through resume/career, remember talk about why u changed the job/functions and what u want to achieve in next job and tell them the "linkage" and "logics" behind the bullet points on resume.

Practice/practice/practice

Well, I think it's better to share more experiences only after I really got the offer"s" to not to mislead you guys =)
