预约早上8点, 7点半到达美领馆, 最早的appointment是7点45分, 8点15分放我们进去, 先交表格, 再按指纹, 最后面试. 很多申请人是通过旅行社预约, 面试等候时间比我们短.

貌似申请F1/F2的不多, 差不多10点轮到我们, 是位GG VO面试我们. 没问几个问题就过了.

VO: How long have you worked for xxx company?
LG: xxx years.

VO: How long have you worked for xxx company?
me: xxx years.

VO: How long have you been married?
LG: xxx years.

VO: Which school are you going to?
LG: xxx University

VO: Why xxx University
LG: xxx university has high reputatio in xxx and xxx area. And my background is related to xxx area.

VO: Who will pay for your tuition?
LG: Myself

VO: Can I see the proof?
LG: Here you go......

VO: OK. You have sufficient fund. That's good.
LG: Ya

VO: Did you ask your company to sponsor you?
LG: Yes, I did. However, the company has serveral conditions, which I don't really want to do it. As I have sufficient fund, I will have more options after graduation.
VO: I agree with you.

VO: Will you quit your job?
me: Not really, I will probably do part-time job for the company. I can do my job through emails, like translation etc.

VO: You will definately quite your job, right?
LG: Of couse. As you know, I enrolled full time program.

VO: I will approve your visa. Please come to collect your passport on Thusday afternoon. (撕粉条给我们)
LG & me: thank you very much!
VO: Enjoy your stay in xxx, USA.

VO除了要求看我们的bank statement,其它资料都没有要看。

总的来说，新加坡的VO问问题还是很仔细的，平均interview时间为1o分钟。
