Video Essay 很简单随便说说就行
问的大概是：A setback in your study/work and how to move forward/in a new direction
真人面试 问了一些问题，通常会保持25-30min
但我说的慢且多，40min，问的相对少些

• Where did you hear the program? Why Carlson?
• Which course provided by Carlson are you interested in?
• Tell me about your internships and work?If you don't have enough work experience or internships, talk about projects and research you've done.
• Tell me about a challenging experience you had while doing team works?
• After graduation, do you want to go back to China or stay at US? Future plans?
• When you were a leader, you had some problems with your team members. How did you resolve them?
• Tell me a situation when you had to change your communication style. What was the outcome and what did you learn?
• Tell me about a time when your professor gave you criticism or advice that helped improve performance.
• Other universities you apply?(说是不影响interview，只做统计，可以选择不授权)

以及老生常谈的Any Questions?问了下scholarships；internships/ jobs；clubs/ organizations；result？
