大概 02.25 面试，昨天收到的 call，当时面下来就觉得希望比较大，所以一点小面经希望对后面的申请者有用：

1.面试是 blind interview.
2.对应面试官的，强烈推荐一个面试官：Ryan Astor，我面了那么多学校里，最 nice 的面试官。他之前是 Tepper 的 adcom member,后面走了，说今年缺人，他就回来 part-time 了。
3.他问的问题都比较典型：

1. Tell me about yourself
2. Tell me a bit about your xx work mentioned in your resume.
3. Why MBA? Why Tepper?
4. ST goal? Plan B?
5. What are your strengths when it comes to leadership? How would colleagues describe you?
6. Tell me about a time when you have to use your skills to help grow another colleague in the team.
7. Any questions for me?

整个面试不到 30 min，面试官全程会给很 positive 的 feedback，让整个面试更 conversational. 面试后，他还给我发在我 post MBA 想从事行业的 Tepper 校友联系方式…真的是宝藏面试官，强烈安利。
