报个 spark 面经攒人品。

我竟然抽到了发面经帖子最少的那套题， 第一题是固定不变的，后面三道是成套的，也就是说如果第二个题你跟某个面经一样，后面两道也会是一样的，所以可以成套准备一下。

我抽到的题是：

1. Self introduction and how would your former classmates/collegues describe you.
2. When working as a team, what would you do if you find yourself can't meet the deadline?
3. What was your least favorite quantitative or technical course and why?
4. What is your team working style?

时间是三十秒准备，前三题一分半作答，最后一题是半分钟作答。
