小白第一次发帖！

今晨 2 点录的 one-way interview，感谢各位 CD 大神的帮助，面经全中！

用 spark hire 录的，和 kira 不同的是，回答完问题之后是可以回看自己的 video 的，但本人因为过于 shy，所以直接点了 skip, 而且七天的 deadline，是从点进去注册之后开始算的，所以我拖了半个月才做。（希望不会被打）

Timeline:

• 02.01 submit
• 02.05 spark invitation
• 02.17 录 spark
• 02.27 offer

有顺序的面经：

1. Introduce yourself and why MSBA and why Wisconsin.
2. Three skills you have possessed for your career as a data analyst.
3. A situation when you take initiative to solve a problem. What is the outcome?
4. A situation you analyze information and give a recommendation. What is your thought process?
5. A new skill you have learned recently? How did you teach yourself? What is the result?
