关于 UW SCM 的面经信息好少，压线提交完就收到 kira 的面试通知，要求 48小时内完成，两天里搜了几个论坛和网站，深知信息来之不易，搜集过程耗时低效，整理了一些面经回馈 CD，不知对大家有没有帮助。今年一共五道题， 30s 计时，除了情景题要求 1min30s 其余 1min 内回答完。

1. Short-term and long-term goal 以及 why foster?
2. Self-discipline 以及如何帮助你在这里学习？
3. 描述一个你在 team 担任的 role 与你自身 skills 不符的 situation，以及 outcome.
4. （情景题）：公司 100 周年需要离岸(offshore)订一个 special edition item,预计三个月寄到，但这个 item 在周年之后就没有用了。问你的 strategy 如何确定 order quantity?（好像和之前一个伙伴重复了）
5. 必答题：What else to share with the admissions committee?（重复不会变）

往年面经整理：

1. Why MSCM, why Foster?
   What excites you about the MSCM program at Foster, and what are your goals after graduation?
   Why should Foster offer you a seat in the MSCM program? What makes you unique compared to other applicants?
2. Teamwork.
   Tell me about a recent group project that you were proud to be a part of. What role did you play in this group, and what unique contributions did you make to the outcome?
   或者描述一个课外活动。
   Tell me about a recent time when you had to ask for help with something. Who did you ask and how were they able to help you?
   描述一个 Analytical skill 分析技能、解决问题。
3. What does commitment mean to you?
   描述一条 self-discipline：
   情景题：新产品推出，如何确定需求：how to assess the demand for a new product?
   必考题：What else to share?
   写作（往年出现过 但今年没有）：
   同事家人朋友形容你是一个什么样的人？
   你是一个什么样的人？这将如何塑造你的未来？
