刚刚录完 Rochester MSBA 的 video essay，真的是要吐了。之前看了几个人的面经，大体都是和 cross culture 相关的，到了我的没有一道题有任何关系。 把我的三道题放上来，给大家看看吧

1. Tell me about a time when you mentored or helped another person achieve their goals.What did you gain from the experience?
2. What is one thing you always want to do?
3. Tell me about a time when you had to lead a team composed of individuals with very different ways of thinking. What was your approach and what was the outcome?
