递交申请之后才能录 Kira, 还以为会寄信到信箱，结果是在 application list 里有链接，好不容易找到链接，结果按进去不是 kira 页面，写信去 technical support team 幸好很快回复。
Practice 有 prepare 45 sec, 讲一分半的，但正式的问题没有！
Questions:（都是 prepare 30 sec, 讲 60 sec）
- Lead dysfunctional team 的 experience, how to solve?
- A experience you were assigned a role you're unfamiliar with.
- 讲一个 challenge, what makes it so difficult?
这个 kira 有很多时间准备，因为它不是只把题目念过去，还会讲一些他们学校的事。 面经都有原题！
