UCI MIE Round 1

Timeline:

• 10.16 完成 kira
• 10.27 interview invitation
• 11.07 2:00 面试

Kristen 很准时，整个过程刚好 20 分钟一开始会先说明她会做笔记，大约会面试 15 分钟，看得出来她 work from home,讲英文有点口音、语速不快。 我被问的问题似乎跟以往一成不变的面经不太一样，或许是我的 goal 的关系？但主题大致相同都能互通运用。

1. Introduce yourself and highlight some points.
2. 讲一个 multitask 经验。
3. 暑期做的 project detail, 怎么得到 scholarship?
4. 跟一个人意见不同怎么办？
5. 团队合作经验。
6. Short and long term goal.
7. Other schools you apply and the factors you care about.
8. Questions.

回答完她都会简短给个回应，也有讲这个 program 专门设计给有创业 project 经验和未来想创业的人。 最后说 1~2 周会有结果。
