刚做完的题目，趁新鲜赶紧来积攒 RP.个人感觉 Video essay 题库没有那么大，都是 CD 上的，有一个小伙伴跟我的题目几乎一模一样，大家好好准备自己的实操经验的 case 的叙述很重要。

Video essay:

1. My career aspiration, why DeGroot?
2. Share a challenging situation working with a diverse group of individuals (i.e. age, gender, culture, and ethnicity). What was the challenge, and what did you do to address it?
3. Tell us about your proudest accomplishment. More specifically, describe a project or activity that you led, and how did your leadership result in a positive impact on the business, organization or broader community.
4. Share with us your most proud achievement as it relates to volunteer work or community engagement. What was your role, what did you do and what were the outcomes?

Written essay:

Provide a recent example where you exercised poor judgment, as we all do from time to time. What was the nature of the situation? Why did you consider this poor judgment in this case? What did you learn from the situation?
