被 waitlist 之后的面试，没见过世面的我也是第一次遇到 wl 了还给面试的情况。

形式是 kira talent.我事先看了介绍的 video，我的记忆没错乱的情况下，介绍 video 是说一共五个题，每题准备一分钟，陈述三分钟。但是正式开录了情况就是，每题准备 45 秒，陈述 90 秒，真是当时傻眼，生气。个人心态有点崩，整个过程就是 total disaster.写下来供大家借鉴吧。

1. About working in the context of diversity, and contribution to haas community.
2. About conflict management.
3. Success story and what the success attributed to?
4. What to gain in HAAS?
5. Anything else to convey to adcom.

真是我所有面试经历中最糟糕的一次，主要是我心态不好。希望大家能吸取我的教训吧。 anyway,我的挑战终于正式结束了，祝好运啊各位！
