面试小哥 Pramath Kashyap,在校 msba 学生，口音确实有点难懂但是很 patient.我网络不太好，中间卡了几次没听到完整问题，要他又重复了一遍。

全程 19 分钟结束，问了几个很常规的问题（以前其他帖子都有）：

1. Brief introduction of yourself.
2. Why MSA?
3. Why Simon?
4. Leadership experience.
5. Short-term goal? Back-up plan? Ideal company?
6. A failure that does not deliver to your commitment.
7. Any programming skills?
8. Biggest strength and weakness.
9. Anything you want to highlight? （我 improvise 说了一点，这里大家最好准备一下）

Move to question session,本来我有两个问题的，但是问完一个好像是时间不够还是怎么，Pramath 直接跟我说 okay 然后 wrap up.

我本来有点紧张，但是感觉小哥挺 nice，所以感觉发挥的还行，最后我们还笑着聊起天。
