My interviewer is Associate Director of Admissions.

Maryland usually assigns representitives of career center to interview applicants.

My entire interview lasted almost an hour including 5 mins Q&A

The questions are as below:

1. Introduce your self
   
   
2. Why MBA? Why Smith?
   In this question, the interviewer asked me why I switched my job from big company to a small company.
   
   
3. Leadership experience
   About leadership, he extend a premised question. What kind of your boss's characters do you dislike?
   
   
4. On the basis of previous question, he also aske some premised questions. Such as , if the person you dislike is your boss, how will you do?
   
   
5. Case questions
   He asked me if I am Starbucks GM in certain place, how will I expand the market share in remote place? 
   We had a lot of discussion about marketing strategies. The interviwer will ask you many " why" and " how "
   
   
6. One minute to promote your favorite movie to the interviewer
   
   
7. Who is your role model? and why?
   
   
8. What is your strength and weakness?

Case interview is very special because I had never thoughtthose question until I was asked.
