我申请的是 part-time 的 MBA，可能跟 full-time 申请不太一样，但面试问题可以参考一下吧。问的问题不是很多，其中 behavioral questions 居多。

1. Walk through your resume
2. Why MBA?
3. Tell me an example that you had a hard time making decisions at work? how do you make decisions?
4. Tell me a time you gave creative ideas or solutions.
5. Is there anything you take initiative to learn recently?
6. Tell me an example you work in a team/group.
7. What characteristics you think a successful leader should possess?
8. Questions for us，我问的是 if you were me, with my goals, what advantages you think this program is?

问题其实都还挺常规的，behavioral questions 给出具体例子，我回答其中一个问题一开始没给例子，面试官有追加问有没有具体例子。 例子可以是工作上的，学习上的，也可以是生活上的。

25 号面试，28 号就发了 offer，28k 奖学金。

背景：本科在 McMaster 念的 Electrical Engineering and Management。毕业在工程公司工作了两年。GPA 3.7, GMAT 740.
