早上面试了 UC Davis. 用的是 Zoom.面试我的是 Jessica Moon，她是 Associate Director. 面试前也有礼貌性问了一句是否能 record 面试过程，以后会给 admissions committee 作为评估用。大概面试了 30 分钟。

5. Challenges at work.
6. What 3 characteristics a leader should acquire?
7. What you would want to improve professionally and at work?
8. Why UC Davis?
9. Role play: If you were in front of the admissions committee, what would you say to them about why you choose UC Davis and why they should choose you? (大概就是这个意思，个人认为就是 why school, fit 和 contribution 的结合)
10. Q&A.

总体感觉还是很 casual 的。Jessica 应该是看着文书和 resume 来问问题。最后从 Jessica 的表达中了解到，现在 UCD MBA is based on analytics 了，个人猜测学校会想往 STEM MBA 方向打造这个项目。 加上 UCD 对 MSBA 的打造的重视，相信以后MBA也会有更大的吸引力。
