一开始，他便拿出录音机，和计时器 然后他说这个面试很procedure

然后开始：

1. 第一个问题，why stanford

然后就开始一大堆的事例性的问题，至少有10个，每个问题都问你有什么感想，对你今后的生活的影响

问题包括：

1. leadership experience
2. failure experience
3. criticism
4. a time when you step out of your comfortalbe zone
5. a time when you take into a organzation a unpopular idea
6. a time with a inefficinet leader
7. a time with a powerful leader
8. most accomplishment
9. a recently read book
10. in your university, what class you interested in most
11. a time when you pursure a thing that totally depend on your own interest
12. ......

there is still some more questions that I can't remember, very tough.

不知道其他人面试stanford的时候是不是也都有录音的？
