刚结束 Queens MMA 面试，发一下面经攒一下人品。

项目特点

Queens MMA 项目从官网介绍来看，个人认为在 business 和 quant 之间较为偏向 business. 课程设置中团队协作是主要形式，因此项目很看中 team play 的能力，这也体现在面试问题侧重中。 项目课程时间设置对在职人士十分友好，因此可以遇见会带来较多在职或有工作经验的申请人。

面试官

面试官是 Jennifer Campbell, 项目的 Associate Director. 面试前看了下她的 linkedin， 是今年新加入项目组的成员，之前职业及学术背景都主要是 Marketing 相关的。 从面试过程的追问中，也会更多的在 behavior 的部分。 面试官很好沟通，也乐于分享。

面试形式：zoom 视频
面试时长：30 分钟
面试问题：问题比较固定，我按照之前 CD 上的搜的面经准备，基本没有范围以外的题目。
