面试流程：

1. 邮件约时间
2. 当天面试前 10 分钟的样子，利用 skype 添加好友
3. Hettie 发信息询问准备开始。
4. 面试开始。本人面试过程中，Hettie 没啥表情，最后的时候笑了下，总体面试时间不长，10 分钟左右。
5. 2周后出结果
