本来楼主约的是13号晚上9点的面试，结果网络差到我连面试官的声音都听不清楚。Intialview的客服今天早上就打电话给我帮我reschedule了，下午1点面完，来写点面经攒人品
面试种类&Timline：
面经（括号内的数字是时间，蓝体字为面试官问的问题，绿体字是面试官根据我的回答之后补充到question outline里的）：

面试种类&Timline：
- Graduate School - Interview Only ($125) + 2个工作日加急 (RMB 908)
- 2.13 9:00pm 第一次面试，网络不好就取消了
- 2.14 1:00pm 第二次面试
- 2.14 23:38pm 邮件通知video ready to send
- 预约面试时间（基本上能约到第二天的）&填资料
- 护照（好像不能用copy）
- 打印出来的 Initialview Ticket
- 测试好网络！！！！Google搜internet speed test（这真是楼主的血泪教训，建议大家约一个网速比较快的时间面试，比如凌晨/上午）
- *最好下载一个Chrome：如果Skype的网络连接有问题的话，面试官会给你发一个备用的link，只有Chrome可以打开

- (0:33) Do you think your life goals have changed in college?（问这个问题应该是因为楼主跨专业申请：English --> Marketing）
- (1:56) Where do you want to see yourself in 10 years?（其实就是short-term goal & long-term goal，我一开始都没反应过来-。-）
- (4:01) How have [your internship experiences] changed your perspective on innovation?
- (5:53) How did data drive the strategies you've developed? What was unsatisfactory about the data collection process used by third-party vendor GSK?
- (7:55) What was the response rate [of the customer polls you sent out]?(你之前提到的mass email survey的reponse rate有多少（这个问题实在是太细了....我就随便说了）
- (9:18) How would you advise a startup company to increase their social media presence?
- (11:50) How will [your extracurricular] experiences enable you to engage with your future community abroad?
- (13:39) Is there anything else you want to mention? How did your experience with the formula racing team empower you to pursue your interest in marketing?
一点点感想和 tips：
- 我感觉InitialView还是很友好的：
面试官很 nice，回应很积极，你说完以后还会帮你总结一下（每次我都疯狂点头）；
我在面试的时候有些问题一开始没听懂，还和面试官doublecheck了下，这些部分在剪辑以后的视频里都没有出现； - 实际面试时间大概20分钟，剪辑以后会缩到15分钟。有些问题挺难准备到的，面试官一开始也说了他们的面试是conversational，但是基本的问题还是要准备下（i.e go through resume/ career goal/ internship experiences）
- 面试问题一共有8个，因为时间比较紧，最好就几句话概括+一个小栗子，我每次想多讲一点的时候那个面试官就开始帮我总结了。。。
