背景：gpa 3.67，美本四年，两段普通的实习经历加起来有一年（两个 marketing 公司）

面试官：Harrison Stewart

面试官总结：harrison 看起来很年轻，事实应该也是。语速稍微有一点快，但是只要网速 ok，应该都没问题。很会倾听，让你感觉他非常认真的在听！

面试问题：

1. Why do you choose this marketing program?
2. What is your career goal?
3. What can you bring to the community?
4. What makes a leader a leader(key factors)?
5. Describe an under pressure situation.
6. Describe a situation when you set a goal but didn't achieve.
7. Describe a situation when you solve a tricky issue in a simple way.

面试 tip：凡是 describe 类的 question 一定要加上你最后学到了什么。还有 what 类的问题最后一定要做个小总结去加强他对你的印象！
