interview with Smith at Shanghai on Feb 9th

It's a hub interview. I'm one of the 7 people being interviewed in Feb 9th. The interviewer is Sam Kang, the assistant adcom director, Korean.

It's really a nice talk with him. He is interactive and willing to listen although some threads at CD said he is tough and challenging. Here's the question I can share:

Warming up questions:

We talked much about traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese.

Normal questions like:

2. S-L term career plan
3. tell me sth about yourself
4. conflicts in a team
5. ur leadership style
6. what kind of people u dislike and sth else
7. aside from that, do prepare for the case of starbuck, it does help to u

He will fly to BJ on Feb 10th to conduct another hub interview. Hope my experience helps in time.
