面试开始的很准时，面试官一开始没有做自我介绍也没有让我自我介绍，过程如下：

1. Education background. 问了本科学历，双学位课程和葡萄牙语（面试结束的时候才知道Oscar是南美洲人，说葡语真是班门弄斧了……）
2. Go through your resume. Learning points in each experience. 他真的每段经历都问我学到了什么……嗯……但每次我一说到兴头上他就打断我哈哈哈哈，可能是LZ太话痨了。
3. Leadership style.
4. What's your contribution and strength in team work?
5. How do you plan to spend your time in Gabelli? Any courses or clubs you want to join?
6. Q&A.

时长总共半小时，Oscar人不是很严肃所以不要紧张，大家加油祝好运！！
