早上8:30面试，Kristine 长得像 broken girls 里面的 caroline，面试有45分钟，有一半的问题是根据个人简历和 essay 来提问的，所以我就把通识的问题写一下：

3. If a team member underperform, how do you handle?
4. What's your definition of success
5. What's your strengths
6. What's your weakness

其余为针对个人的问题，全程 freestyle 的随便聊中提出问题的风格，不是一个一个的提问方式，口语要求较高
