我没经历那种很慢的网速，下午 3 点录得，飞快就测试完了开始 practice。 练习了很多次，最好带耳机收音比较好。

写作的话我感觉可以复制粘贴，不会被录，但我还是选择打印出来自己写好的稿子，然后再在五分钟内打进去那个。

整个就 30 分钟就结束了。我也没断网刷新之类的 。
